Refund policy
At VXTE, every single T-shirt is made to order. This means that as soon as you place an order, we get to work printing that specific design, in your chosen size and color, just for you.
Because we do not hold inventory and each item is custom-made, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, with a printing error, or if we sent the wrong size/color by mistake, weβve got you covered!
Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Action Required: Email us at vxtestore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and the issue.
2. Sizing and Color Choice
Since each product is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or "change of mind."
Pro Tip: To ensure the perfect fit, please check our Size Guide on the product page before ordering. When in doubt, measure your favorite T-shirt at home and compare it to our chart!
3. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
Wrong Address: If the carrier returns a package because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Unclaimed: If a package is not collected from a pick-up point and is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply to send it back to you.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., defective items), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
